SEAY IMX Challenge round up:

    May 3-4 we competed in our first long course (LC)  meet of the season.  8 swimmers competed in 37 events, 6 for the first time and we had 22 lifetime best times of those 31 swims.  That resulted in 71% lifetime best swims!  We had 3 swimmers complete all their IMX events.  Individual highlights included Devon Brusnahan all best times, winning his four events, dropping 18 seconds in the 100 back resulting in his first state cut ever.  Lucy Petrick 100% best times and a 19 second time drop in the 100 breast.  Henry Smith 5 best times & five first place finishes, 13-14 state cut in 200 IM.  Ellen Stello 100% best times, state cuts in two events, 2 first place earnings in the 200 fly & 200 breast (her first time ever swimming the event). 

SHOR Pineapple Pentathlon round up:

    April 27th was our first meet of the season.  21 swimmers raced in the meet with 17 athletes finishing their pentathlon.  8 Gold group members brought home fresh pineapples for winning their relay.  Individual highlights included lifetime best swims from Melissa Clausen (4), Kirill Korolev (3), Henry Smith (3) and Veronica Smith (3).
